  • Mandy and Monica in the leasing office are both nothing short of amazing. They are always super kind and are eager to help. I couldn't ask for better folks to rent from. Everyday, my little daughter looks forward to go into the front office and say hello. Greg the maintenance manager and his team are nothing short of stellar. I have not been let down yet and I've been here for a little over two years.

  • I lived here with my husband for 4 years and I have to admit, I was mildly depressed when it came time to move. We LOVED everything about this property. It's such a peaceful community and perfectly located. You're ten minutes away from everything you can think of, yet it's in a quiet pocket that becomes almost desolate on the weekends. Maintenance always did their best to go above and beyond and I've never seen an office staff so attentive. Thank you for 4 wonderful years. If we don't buy in the next year, we just may come back. :-)

    Down to 2 stars which is unfortunate because we really do like living here. However, since the property came under new management, it's just been one issue after another. Office and maintenance staff remain the best part about living here. They are friendly, helpful and respond to issues promptly to the best of their ability. Sadly, they are not in control of the boneheaded decisions made further up the ladder. Last month, we couldn't pay online at all because...who knows! Haha! Since neither my roommate nor myself have checks, we had to pay our almost $2k rent with money orders. THEN we discovered a $150 remaining balance. We were told it was because our utilities weren't added in by the time we paid our rent which is WEIRD since we paid a few days after the first. Seems like they should have that added in by the day rent is actually due, but what do I know? That left a $55 late fee on our account which was removed, thankfully. However, since we had to pay with money orders, we're just taking their word for it about the remaining balance at this point. There's no record online nor a confirmation email. We were told, "You owe this" so, we have no choice really but to just sorta go with it. One of the things my roommate and I particularly liked about living here was the ability to pay our rent and utilities online with separat payments: my half and her half. No more! Now all payments must be made in one lump sum from one bank account or, as I was informed, I can pay with a check. So, we can spend more money on checks that we won't use for anything else except this. When did I find this information out after paying online like this for a year? The day rent is due, of course! Lol! So, now my options are...go to the bank and give my roommate almost $1k in cash or go buy money orders AGAIN and risk more fees and late balances. We have never been late with our rent or had any issues with payments until Holland took over this property and decided to "fix" stuff that already works.
