  This place used to be awesome, I have lived here 3 years. Management company changed last year (suddenly) and since then it has been all downhill. Office hours shortened, no one works on Sunday, trash piles up constantly because they don't staff maintenance personnel appropriately, they have even put rat traps out near areas where pets relieve themselves. I am talking piles as high as dumpsters on a consistent basis. Even though rent for a one bedroom starts around $1700.00/mo, they refuse to spend money for proper waste receptacles or more frequent trash removal. Pet waste is everywhere. They charge you a $100.00 fee to dna-test your pet so that pet owners are responsible for their waste, however they collect the fee, don't pick up waste, and surely don't test it to charge owners. Also there is a large population of people that strongly dislike dogs. This is a pet friendly community, we pay extra for pets--if you don't love dogs, then don't move here.

  The apartment complex has changed owners and things are a bit different. The trash piles up much more than before, the pool regularly overflows wasting tons of water and it's always in need of cleaning. Plus there's lots of rusted metal around the pool's stonework which flakes into the pool. - - original review - - I've had a great experience here. My apartment is well laid out and was super clean when I moved in. I've never heard the neighbors around me through the walls, which is really great. The Maintenance team seems really great too. They usually resolve problems with-in 24 hours and they leave a note explaining all that they did! What really surprised me is that I asked for the C wire on my furnace to be hooked up so I could get a smart thermostat, and they did it! I thought they'd say no since it's not really a maintenance request, but they didn't! The neighborhood is quiet and the pool is nice.

  Talk about a crappy company running this once great apartment community. The new management that took over this summer is disgraceful. They do not consider the safety of their own residents nor does the office manager give proper respect to them. I won't even consider renewing my lease here anymore. Way to take a wonderful place to live and turn it into trash...
